Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery, transport, carrying in, assembly, installation, commissioning, IT integration, personnel training and handover for operation of a complete, factory-new breast diagnostic system, including in particular: • a digital mammography unit with equipment, enabling 2D examinations, 3D tomosynthesis, synthetic 2D images, spectral/contrast-enhanced mammography and biopsies • a breast biopsy system, including a vacuum-assisted mammotome biopsy system with starter equipment; • a multipurpose biopsy chair or table; • an automatic contrast agent injector compatible with the contrast-enhanced mammography procedure; • an operator workstation; • 1 radiological diagnostic workstation for reporting mammography examinations, with software and diagnostic monitors; • a mammography unit quality-control kit; • performance of construction and adaptation works in 5 rooms following a site visit (the Contractor is required to carry them out in accordance with the schedule and design documentation approved by the Contracting Authority, and the works will be performed in a manner causing the least possible inconvenience to the Contracting Authority on working days from 7.00–17.00 at the Contracting Authority’s premises) • full integration with the Contracting Authority’s PACS/RIS/HIS systems; • removal, collection, transport and disposal of the mammography unit indicated by the Contracting Authority; • preparation of documentation, performance of the required tests in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 12 December 2022, Journal of Laws 2022, item 2759, issued pursuant to the Atomic Law, and participation in activities required by the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspectorate; preparation of all documentation necessary to place the completed task into service, including obtaining, in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all legally required opinions, arrangements, notifications, administrative decisions, permits and acceptances by the competent authorities and institutions necessary for commissioning and using the Subject Matter of the Contract. This scope includes in particular obtaining the consent of the competent state voivodeship sanitary inspector for the commissioning and use of the Device pursuant to Art. 33q of the Act of 29 November 2000 – Atomic Law, as well as carrying out all required arrangements, consultations and formal and legal activities necessary for the proper performance of the Subject Matter of the Contract and its handover for operation; • warranty support and servicing during the warranty period. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, minimum technical and functional parameters, and requirements concerning integration, adaptation works and acceptance are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract/Statement of technical and functional parameters/Technical specification 3. All elements covered by the contract must be complete, mutually compatible, authorized for marketing and use within the territory of the Republic of Poland, and ready for clinical operation without the need to purchase additional licenses, modules, cables, adapters or other elements necessary to perform the functions specified in the SWZ and annexes.
