Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the Update of the land and building register documentation (EGiB) with regard to buildings, boundaries and land-use types for the cadastral districts of Łętownia and Wysoka in the Jordanów registration unit. The task is being implemented under: Project No FEMP.01.07-IZ.00-0140/24, co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund, European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme, Priority FEMP.01 European Funds for research and development and entrepreneurship, Measure FEMP.01.07 Digital solutions for geodesy. The task has been divided into 2 parts: Part No 1: Update of the land and building register documentation (EGiB) with regard to buildings, boundaries and land-use types for the Łętownia cadastral district in the Jordanów registration unit. Part No 2: Update of the land and building register documentation (EGiB) with regard to buildings, boundaries and land-use types for the Wysoka cadastral district in the Jordanów registration unit. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a warranty and statutory warranty of at least 24 months for the completed subject matter of the contract. The warranty and statutory warranty period offered by the Contractor constitutes the tender evaluation criterion referred to in point 13.1(b) of the SWZ.
