Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an evaluation study entitled Evaluation of territorial instruments implemented under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme. 2. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1D to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and will be incorporated as Appendix No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – the model contract – and constitute Appendix No. 1C to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 4. The Contracting Authority specifies that the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the author’s economic rights to the works produced, in accordance with the contract. 5. Pursuant to the provision arising from Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance. 6. The subject of the contract is co-financed from EU funds under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme. 7. The net contract value (excluding tax on goods and services) amounts to: PLN 192,515.97. 8. The contract must be performed within 270 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, taking into account the following deadlines: 1) performance of the evaluation study entitled Evaluation of territorial instruments implemented under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme no later than within 120 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, 2) delivery of one presentation of the results of the evaluation study referred to in point 1 within 150 days from the date of completion of the evaluation study, but no later than within 270 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
