1. The subject of the contract is to conduct a study entitled “Evaluation of the effects of FENG support for digitalisation and greening and the development of enterprise employees’ competencies”. The main objective of the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, usefulness and sustainability of FENG support in the areas of digitalisation, greening of enterprises and development of employees’ competencies (CZK), with particular emphasis on the effects of enterprise transformation and the links between digital and green transformation. The study also aims to develop recommendations for the further targeting of support under FENG and future public interventions. This evaluation, in accordance with the FENG Evaluation Plan, is a key and horizontal study conducted by PARP on behalf of the Managing Authority.
