Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is: A catering service involving the preparation and distribution of meals together with the rental of kitchen premises for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority. The contract will be concluded after the completion of the procedure for a period of 36 months. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of amendments to the provisions of the concluded contract (so-called contractual amendments pursuant to Article 455(1)(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law) in relation to the content of the tender on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with the draft contract provisions—the conditions contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contract may also be amended in the cases referred to in Article 455(1)(3) and (4) and Article 455(2) of the Public Procurement Law. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract constituting the basis for calculating the tender price are contained in the procurement documents—i.e., the Terms of Reference (hereinafter SWZ) and the annexes. The Contracting Authority informs that, in accordance with Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then perform the qualification of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. In fulfilling the obligation arising from Article 24(6) of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers, the Contracting Authority informs that the Independent Public Healthcare Institution, Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 3 in Rybnik has adopted a procedure for internal reporting of information on breaches of law and taking follow-up action.
