Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is: the provision of comprehensive catering services for the Contracting Authority’s patients staying in the Contracting Authority’s Wards and in the Contracting Authority’s Nursing and Care Facility [hereinafter: ZPO] at ul. Lubelska 90, 24 – 200 Bełżyce, using a catering system. The subject matter of the contract includes the provision of full-day meals for two groups of patients: Hospital patients requiring meals in accordance with the new standards set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 12 December 2025 on the organizational standard for collective catering in a healthcare entity carrying out medical activities involving hospital services. As part of the full-day catering, these patients are also provided with a night meal, the cost of which is included in the price per person-day. Patients of the Nursing and Care Facility (ZPO), whose meals will be provided taking into account the nature of long-term care services, the patients’ level of independence, and the type of diet used. ZPO patients are not provided with a night meal because the organizational catering standard specified in the regulation referred to in point 4.2 does not apply to services provided in the Nursing and Care Facility. The service offered must comply with the content of the SWZ—including meeting all requirements specified in the annexes to these procurement specifications. The Contractor is required to perform the services in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.6. The Contracting Authority requires the contract to be performed successively, according to the Contracting Authority’s needs, for a period of 12 months. Procedure: open.
