Opportunity description
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of thigh cuffs for pneumatic sequential compression to prevent deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism for UCK, in the assortment, estimated quantity, and according to the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority did not divide the contract into parts because such a division in this procedure would serve no purpose and would cause significant difficulties and excessive costs in the performance of the contract. Additionally, Article 91 of the PZP Act does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into parts, but instead provides for the Contracting Authority's right to divide the contract; therefore, no allegation that such action is unlawful can be made due to the absence of a provision imposing an obligation to divide it.
