Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of disposable medical devices. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing information on the assortment, quantity and requirements has been specified in the Annex to the SWZ in the Assortment and Price Form constituting an integral part thereof. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the Contractor's expense and risk and using the Contractor's transport. 4. The place of delivery is the Contracting Authority's registered office. 5. The conditions for the performance of the Subject of the Contract have also been included in the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting an Annex to the SWZ. 6. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for lots covering all items indicated in a given lot. A tender may be submitted for one, more than one, or all lots of the contract. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 lots. 7. The remaining requirements for the subject of the contract have been specified in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 8. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of equivalent tenders. 1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of disposable medical devices - lot No. 1 - sterile surgical gowns, 2.
