Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the SUPPLY OF DRESSING MATERIALS, DISPOSABLE PROTECTIVE AND HYGIENIC PRODUCTS, DISPOSABLE DRAPING SETS for the Blessed Virgin Mary Regional Specialist Hospital in Częstochowa. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the assortment and price forms constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions concerning performance of the contract are specified in the draft contractual provisions (PPU) constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. A tender for an individual lot shall mean a single lot specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit a tender for any lots or for the entire subject matter of the contract. 5.
