Opportunity description

The subject of the Contract is the successive supply of medical equipment (hereinafter also referred to as medical articles or assortment) for the needs of the departments of Szpital Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o., under a framework agreement, ordered by the hospital Pharmacy in the assortment and in accordance with the mandatory requirements specified in the assortment and price form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ also specifies the estimated quantity of medical articles. During the term of the Agreement, the Contracting Authority is obliged to order supplies with a value of at least 40% of the total maximum remuneration specified in § 2(1) of the Agreement, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The supply of the assortment will be carried out on the basis of partial orders, at the Contractor's cost and risk, to the hospital Pharmacy within 3 working days from the time the order is placed.
