Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement is the successive delivery of disposable medical materials, diagnostic products and dressing materials for the needs of the Provincial Emergency Medical Service Station in Bydgoszcz. The offered subject of the procurement must bear the CE marking, comply with the Contracting Authority’s requirements described in the procurement specifications and with the laws in force in Poland, and possess the required declarations of conformity, approvals, certificates, registration certificates, and certificates authorizing marketing and use in Polish healthcare facilities pursuant to the laws applicable in this regard. The shelf life of the offered subject of the procurement must be no shorter than 80% of the validity period from the date the order is placed. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement, specifying quantities and parameters, is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.4. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots, provided that the tender for each lot must be complete, i.e. cover all items. Each lot constitutes a separate subject of the procurement and will be subject to a separate procedure relating to the examination, evaluation and selection of the tender. Lot 1 – Specialized disposable kits Lot 2 – Nonwoven bedding Lot 3 – Blood glucose meter strips Lot 4 – Hydrogel dressings The Contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all lots of the procurement. If, in the description of the subject of the procurement, the Contracting Authority has indicated trademarks, patents or origins, sources or a particular process that characterizes the products or services supplied by a specific Contractor, solutions equivalent to those described may be offered, provided that they retain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters. Where the description of the subject of the procurement contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. A Contractor relying on equivalent solutions is required to demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions together with their description or standards. Settlements between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will take place after each properly completed order, according to the unit prices presented in the Contractor’s tender, based on the deliveries actually completed. 1. Cricothyrotomy kit (Quictrac) - Sterile disposable kit for rapid percutaneous access to the patient’s trachea. Does not require a skin incision. Equipped with a 4.0 mm cannula with a sharp, conical tip, a needle-protecting stylet, a stopper helping to avoid excessively deep insertion, a 10 ml syringe, a fixing flange, a corrugated flexible connector for connection to a ventilator or resuscitation bag, and a foam stabilizing strap - 20 pcs. 2. Central venous catheterization kit - Disposable, sterile set of instruments for cannulation of large vessels using the Seldinger technique. The kit contains: a 20 cm-long, 7F triple-lumen polyurethane catheter, a J-type guidewire with a depth marker and flexible tip, an introducer needle, a dilator, a scalpel, a 5 ml syringe, Luer lock caps, and fixation wings - 2 pcs. 3. Delivery kit - Disposable, sterile delivery kit. Containing 3 packages appropriate for the stages of labor, marked in order of use: package “A” prenatal, package “B” delivery, package “C” postpartum - 25 pcs. 4. Atraumatic pleural decompression kit - Atraumatic kit for pleural drainage and pleural decompression, consisting of: a thin-walled puncture needle with a short 3.35x78 mm bevel, a 2.7x450 mm polyurethane catheter with a contrasting radiopaque stripe visible on X-rays, a sealing cap, a double non-return valve, a secretion collection bag, a 50-60 ml Luer-type syringe and a three-way stopcock. Disposable, sterile - 2 pcs. 5. Needle for tension pneumothorax decompression - Sterile needle for performing chest punctures to decompress a tension pneumothorax. In size 14Gax3.25, enabling effective and safe insertion without the risk of damage to the lung and other organs. Stored in a special durable case facilitating storage and transport - 60 pcs. 1) Disposable nonwoven sheet - Disposable sheet made of green or blue nonwoven fabric, measuring 200 cm x 100 cm. Packaged in foil in quantities of 10 pcs. Made of high-quality medical nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 30-35 g/m² - 4,000 pcs. 2) Disposable blanket for covering the patient - Disposable, biologically clean blanket preventing hypothermia. Latex-free. Made of high-quality PP nonwoven fabric with insulating filling. With dimensions no smaller than 110x210 cm, allowing an adult patient to be fully covered and warmed. Individually packaged - 4,000 pcs. 3) Impermeable stretcher sheet - Disposable, waterproof sheet. Protecting the mattress and stretcher against dirt and moisture. Made of high-quality nonwoven fabric coated with a PE layer, with a basis weight of 25 g/m². With an elastic band around the edges ensuring a stable fit to the mattress. Green or blue. Size adapted to the stretcher mattress in an ambulance: 80x210 cm - 3,000 pcs. 4) Disposable absorbent sheet with rescue sheet function - Disposable mat measuring 220x100 cm, capable of carrying a patient weighing up to 200 kg. With an absorbent insert enabling permanent retention of liquid - absorbency up to 4 liters. Design with handles enabling ergonomic and safe patient handling. Disposed of as a disposable medical product 200 pcs. Blood glucose meter strips with 50 blood glucose meters and control solutions - Blood glucose meter test strips ensuring precise measurement of blood glucose concentration quickly and easily within a few seconds by applying a small drop of blood.
