Full title: Performing the function of academic director of courses conducted as part of specialization training in child and adolescent psychotherapy for persons participating in the project entitled: “Na ratunek – kadry DIM”, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme, 1. The subject matter of the contract is: performing the function of Academic Director of Courses conducted as part of specialization training in child and adolescent psychotherapy, in accordance with the specialization training programme in the field of child and adolescent psychotherapy, respectively from 2019 and from 2026, approved by the Minister of Health, for persons participating in the project entitled: “Na ratunek-kadry DIM”, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme, 2.. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract with respect to the part of the contract covered by the procedure is set out in Appendix No. 1 and Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. This contract (part 1) constitutes part of a contract awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the SWZ and in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
