Full title: Provision of group supervision for psychologists employed in the foster care sector as part of training on EBM-based medical issues for persons participating in the project entitled: “Na ratunek – kadry DIM”, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme 1. The subject of this contract is the provision of group supervision for psychologists employed in the foster care sector as part of training on EBM (Evidence Based Medicine)-based medical issues, for persons participating in the project “Na ratunek - kadry DIM", co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development Programme, planned for implementation 2. This contract is divided into parts. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract with regard to the individual parts of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 1B and Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. . The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders for any selected parts of the contract, subject to the provisions contained in point 5. 4. . The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the SWZ and in Appendix No. 1A-1B to the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 5. NOTE: due to the organisational assumptions of the training indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the EBM-based training, constituting an appendix to the Description of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure the availability of the person designated to perform the given part of the contract, meeting the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Contracting Authority by the Contracting Authority in Chapter VIII point 4 of the SWZ and in Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ with regard to the given part of the contract, as well as the provision of supervision for the indicated groups of participants, in the manner and within the time limits indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the training, constituting an appendix to the Description of the subject matter of the contract. 6. Minimum guaranteed level of contract performance: The Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract at the following level: provision of 1 hour of supervision for each part separately.
