The subject of the contract is the preparation and conduct of educational classes as part of training on EBM (Evidence Based Medicine)-based medical issues, in accordance with the training programme content, for persons participating in the project “To the rescue - DIM staff”, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development Programme, 2. This contract has been divided into lots. The detailed description of the subject of the contract with regard to the individual lots is provided in Annexes No. 1A-1B and Annex No. 2 to the Invitation. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract according to the terms and conditions described in Annexes No. 1A-1B to the Invitation and in the model contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the Invitation. 4. The Contractor is obliged to designate for the performance of the contract a person who meets the minimum substantive requirements specified in Annexes No. 1A-1B to the Invitation with regard to the relevant lot. The minimum substantive requirements are requirements concerning the education, qualifications and experience that must be met by the person designated to perform the contract under the relevant lot. All terms used in Annexes No. 1A-1B to the Invitation shall be understood in accordance with the applicable regulations – if these terms have been defined in the applicable legal acts. The Contracting Authority requires that the contract – with regard to the preparation and conduct of educational classes – be performed personally by the person designated to perform the contract and indicated in the contractor’s tender. Changing the person designated to perform the contract during the contract performance stage is possible only according to the rules specified in Annexes No. 1A-1B to the Invitation and No. 2 to the Invitation. 5. Due to the organisational arrangements for the training indicated in the detailed training implementation schedule constituting an annex to the Description of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure the availability of the person designated to perform the relevant lot, meeting the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the Description of the subject of the contract with regard to the relevant lot, and the delivery of classes on the specified subject matter, for the indicated groups of participants, in the manner and within the time limits indicated in the detailed training implementation schedule constituting an annex to the Description of the subject of the contract. Lot No. 5 of the contract: Subject of the educational classes: Lecture seminar for educators at Children’s Homes. Neurodevelopmental disorders and emotional disorders beginning in childhood, mental disorders occurring most frequently during adolescence, including: Module 1. Basic issues in the clinical psychology of disorders beginning in childhood, Module 2. Basic issues in the clinical psychology of disorders beginning during adolescence- Group III. Lot No. 6 of the contract: Subject of the educational classes: Lecture seminar for educators at Children’s Homes. Neurodevelopmental disorders and emotional disorders beginning in childhood, mental disorders occurring most frequently during adolescence, including: Module 3. Skills improvement, Module 4. Reflective skills and professional self-awareness. - Group III.
