The subject of the contract is the preparation and conduct of educational classes in specialist courses as part of specialist training in the field of clinical psychology (basic block: Module III, Module V), in accordance with the currently applicable specialist training programme in the field of Clinical Psychology, approved by the Minister of Health, for persons participating in the project “To the Rescue - DIM Staff”, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development Programme, planned for implementation. 2. This contract has been divided into lots. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract with respect to the individual lots is provided in Annexes No. 1A-1B and Annex No. 2 to the Invitation. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the principles and conditions described in Annexes No. 1A-1B to the Invitation and in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the Invitation. 4. Note: 1) due to the organisational assumptions of the training indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the specialist training, constituting an annex to the Description of the subject matter of the contract, in particular due to the fact that both groups of training participants work in parallel on the same dates and the classes may take place at the same time, the Contractor shall ensure the availability of the person designated to perform the given lot of the contract, who meets the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in point II of the Invitation and in Annex No. 1B to the Invitation with respect to the given lot of the contract, as well as the delivery of classes on the specified subject matter, for the indicated groups of participants, in the manner and on the dates indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the specialist training, constituting an annex to the Description of the subject matter of the contract, 2) in view of the above, if the Contractor has been invited to participate in negotiations for more than one lot of the contract, it may designate the same person to perform the contract, but only within the topics delivered for one group on a specified day of the session. It is not permitted to designate the same person to perform the contract within the lots (topics) delivered simultaneously on the same day for Group I and Group II, that is: - with respect to lots 1 and 2 (topics delivered as part of one session for both groups of participants): if the Contractor has been invited to participate in negotiations for the performance of lots 1 and 2 of the contract, i.e. within the topics delivered in parallel for Groups I and II on both Saturday and Sunday, then it must designate a different person to perform lot 1 than for lot 2, meeting the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in point II subpoint 1 of the Invitation and in Annex No. 1B to the Invitation with respect to the given lot of the contract. - with respect to lots 1 and 3 (topics delivered as part of one session for both groups of participants): if the Contractor has been invited to participate in negotiations for the performance of lots 1 and 3 of the contract, i.e. within the topics delivered in parallel for Groups I and II on both Saturday and Sunday, then it must designate a different person to perform lot 1 than for lot 3, meeting the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in point II subpoint 1 of the Invitation and in Annex No. 1B to the Invitation with respect to the given lot of the contract. Lot No. 1 of the contract: Subject of the educational classes: Mental disorders and behavioural disorders – the specific nature of mental disorders and behavioural disorders over the course of life and development Group I and Group II.
