Full title: Conducting educational classes as part of specialist training in the field of psychotherapy for children and adolescents for persons participating in the project entitled: “To the Rescue – DIM Staff,” co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme. 1. The subject of this contract is the preparation and conduct of educational classes in specialist courses as part of specialist training in the field of psychotherapy for children and adolescents (detailed block: Module IV), in accordance with the 2019 specialist training programme in the field of Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents, approved by the Minister of Health, for persons participating in the project entitled: “To the Rescue – DIM Staff,” co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme. 2. This contract is divided into lots. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract with regard to the individual lots is provided in Annexes No. 1A-1B and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for any selected lots, subject to the provisions contained in point 5. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the SWZ, Annexes No. 1A-1B to the SWZ, and the model contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 5. NOTE: due to the organisational assumptions of the training indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the specialist training, constituting an annex to the Description of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure the availability of the person designated to perform the given lot of the contract, who meets the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Chapter VIII point 4 of the SWZ and in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ with regard to the given lot of the contract, as well as the delivery of classes on the specified subject matter, for the indicated groups of participants, in the manner and on the dates indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the specialist training, constituting an annex to the Description of the subject matter of the contract. 6.
