Poland – Medical equipment – 96/PN/2026 Supply of a PET-CT scanner together with the necessary adaptation works

Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with the technical parameters specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”, together with installation, training of the Contracting Authority’s employees and adaptation works. The Contracting Authority requires the adaptation works to be carried out in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 11 (Technical Documentation) and Appendix No. 12 (Radiological Protection). 2. The document “Technical Design, Electrical and Telecommunications Installations” will be made available to Contractors in electronic form via the Platform for the procedure being conducted, following the prior conclusion of the confidentiality agreement constituting Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall request the Contracting Authority, via the Platform for the procedure being conducted, to make these appendices available and to sign the confidentiality agreement. 3. Subject matter of this contract: PET-CT scanner (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ; 4. The equipment listed above must meet the boundary conditions specified, as applicable, in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the boundary conditions specified, as applicable, in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the tender.
