Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the equipping of the wards and departments of WSS in Czerwona Góra with specialized apparatus, medical devices and rehabilitation equipment in the form of: Task 1 Rehabilitation table 1 unit Task 2 ASV therapy device for patients with central breathing disorders during sleep 1 set Task 3 Body plethysmograph with the necessary software and equipment 1 set The description of the individual parts of the subject of the contract is contained in the Tender Form (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ). The purchase of the rehabilitation table was co-financed from the budget of the Self-Government of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in accordance with Agreement No. 12/D/00029/2026 on granting a subsidy for “Equipping WSS in Czerwona Góra with specialized rehabilitation equipment and equipment improving the ergonomics of patients and staff - task name: Investments in healthcare.” The purchase of the ASV therapy device for patients with central breathing disorders during sleep was co-financed from the budget of the Self-Government of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in accordance with Agreement No. 10/D/00029/2026 on granting a subsidy for “Equipping the wards and departments of WSS in Czerwona Góra with specialized apparatus and medical devices - task name: Investments in healthcare.” The purchase of the body plethysmograph with the necessary software and equipment was co-financed from the budget of the Self-Government of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in accordance with Agreement No. 48/D/00029/2026 on granting a subsidy for: “Co-financing the purchase of a body plethysmograph with the necessary software and equipment for the needs of WSS in Czerwona Góra - task name: Investments in healthcare.” Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it.
