Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment to the Dr. Karol Jonscher Municipal Medical Center in Łódź, divided into 27 packages. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders divided into 27 Packages. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of a tender for selected items within the Packages (the Packages are indivisible). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. For Packages 1,2,3,4,6,7,9,10,14,17,21 – the Contracting Authority requires the following as part of the delivery: installation, commissioning, and personnel training 2. Delivery of the subject of the contract to the Dr. Karol Jonscher Municipal Medical Center in Łódź (at the location at ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź) shall be carried out at the Contractor's cost and risk; delivery for package 15 – at the location Łódź, ul. Przyrodnicza 7/9. 3. The conditions for performance of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (Draft agreement).
