Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment for PCM Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: equipment or apparatus), compliant with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter: OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, together with accessories, installation, commissioning, as well as transport, unloading and carrying inside (at the Contractor's expense and risk), in the manner and to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, to Pabianickie Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o.o., divided into parts (packages): a) Part I – operating tables and lamps, b) Part II – laparoscope, c) Part III – video system, d) Part IV – ultrasound machine. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment – Part I – operating tables and lamps, in accordance with Annex No. 2a to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment – Part II – laparoscope, in accordance with Annex No. 2b to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment – Part III – video system, in accordance with Annex No. 2c to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment – Part IV – ultrasound machine, in accordance with Annex No. 2d to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract.
