Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of medical apparatus and medical equipment for PCM Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: equipment or apparatus), compliant with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter: OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, together with accessories, installation, commissioning, and transport, unloading and carrying in (at the Contractor's cost and risk), in the manner and to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, to Pabianickie Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o.o., divided into parts (packages): 1) part I - medical apparatus - ECG and AED; 2) part II - medical equipment, including stools and various types of carts; 3) part III – medical equipment - various types of scales and walkers; 4) part IV - medical apparatus - various types of blood pressure monitors, stethoscopes, glucose meters, thermometers, etc.; 5) part V - medical equipment in the form of resuscitation bags; 6) part VI - medical equipment in the form of magnetic belts; 7) part VII - ward equipment in the form of a breathalyzer; 8) ward equipment in the form of a portable toilet; 9) medical equipment in the form of wedges.
