The conditions relating to the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. The contract is being performed under project No. FEPD.04.05-IZ.00-0009/24 entitled “Improving access to high-quality outpatient specialist care at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża” under the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021–2027 Programme, Priority IV High-quality social space. Measure 04.05 Investments in healthcare. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of medical apparatus and equipment in the outpatient clinics of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża, in the quantities and with the required parameters specified in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, together with full warranty service and training of the Contracting Authority’s personnel, under the conditions specified in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
