The subject matter of the contract in this tender procedure is: Supply of specialized medical equipment for specialist outpatient clinics to improve the quality of healthcare services at University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Łódź (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment), in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the “Assortment and Price Form” constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the “Tender Form”, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and meeting the limit parameters specified in the annex “Technical Parameters” – Annex 1a to the Tender Form, and in accordance with the annex “Warranty and Service Conditions” – Annex 1b to the Tender Form. 2. The contract is divided into 3 parts (packages). 3. The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of: 3.1. Package No. 1 – Dental units, 3.2. Package No. 2 – EMG, 3.3. Package No. 3 – EEG. 1.
