The subject matter of the contract is the delivery, to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, of brand-new, unused medical equipment. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into 2 parts as follows: Package No. 1 - Laser System - 1 unit. Package No. 2 - Autoclave - 1 unit. The scope of the contract includes installation, commissioning, and training the Contracting Authority's employees in the practical operation of the supplied equipment. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the threshold technical parameters required by the Contracting Authority are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Detailed Tender Form. The offered equipment must meet all minimum requirements specified in the annex; failure to meet any of the required parameters will result in rejection of the tender.
