Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment: an ultrasonic tissue aspirator for the Military Institute of Medicine - PIB. 2. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial tenders. 3. The contract has not been divided into packages. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 6. The Contracting Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, it provides for the possibility of cancelling the contract award procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
