Opportunity description
1. Subject matter of the contract: supply, installation and implementation of medical devices – an ultrasound machine (Lot No. 1 of the contract) and a C-arm X-ray unit (Lot No. 2 of the contract), together with training for medical and technical personnel and provision of a warranty. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the SWZ together with the annexes, in particular the OPZ (technical parameters) and PPU (separate for each lot). 3. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. 4. The Contractor may submit a tender for all lots of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of lots for which the Contractor may submit a tender and does not specify the maximum number of lots that may be awarded to one Contractor. 5. Detailed matters concerning the deadline for performing the subject matter of the contract are specified in the PPU and OPZ (separate for each lot of the contract). 8. In the cases specified in the draft contract, the deadline for performance of the contract may be changed. 10. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 11. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act. 12. The Contracting Authority does not envisage exercising an option right. 13. The equipment and software constituting the subject matter of the contract must be authorized for marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland and meet the relevant requirements specified in the OPZ. 14. The Contracting Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 91(1) of the Pzp Act, it awards the contract in lots, each of which is the subject of a separate contract award procedure. This contract is the first of the planned procedures conducted under the open tender procedure for the supply of medical devices in 2026. The subject matter of the contract is: 1. supply of an ultrasound machine within 7 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract; 2. provision of a warranty for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol; 3. training of medical and technical personnel. The Contracting Authority requires the contractor to indicate whether the device supplied is an ICT product. The subject matter of the contract is: 1. supply of a C-arm X-ray unit together with installation of the ultrasound machine within 9 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract; 2. provision of a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol; 3. training of medical and technical personnel. The Contracting Authority requires the contractor to indicate whether the device supplied is an ICT product. Procedure: open.
