1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: “Supply of medical devices and equipment under Co-financing Agreement No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0074/25-00/305/2026/57 for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at 251 Pomorska Street” 2. A detailed description and the scope of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Annex No. 2 and Annex 2A to the Specification of Contract Terms (SWZ). 3. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into individual lots and allows the submission of tenders for individual lots - Packages: No. 1-No. 4, described in detail in Annex No. 2 and Annex 2A 4. The offered subject matter of the contract must: - comply with quality and technical standards arising from its function and intended use, - meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the Specification of Contract Terms, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form and in Annex 2A to the SWZ - Technical parameters. Failure to meet even one of the threshold conditions specified in the above-mentioned Annexes will result in rejection of the tender. - be free from material, design, physical and legal defects - may not be encumbered by any rights in favor of third parties, The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of medical devices and equipment for the needs of SP ZOZ CSK UM, as well as carrying them into the Contracting Authority’s premises, installation, configuration, implementation and verification of the correct operation of the devices. 5. Performance of the task under: "Project No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0074/25 entitled ‘Development and modernization of the CKD Specialist Outpatient Clinic Complex at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź’ under measure FENX.06.01 Healthcare system, priority FENX.06 Health of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Programme 2021-2027 for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at 251 Pomorska Street" 6. The delivered subject matter of the contract must have operating instructions in Polish (and how many are required), and be accompanied by the relevant documents referred to in the SWZ. 1.
