Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the following supply: Supply of medical equipment as part of the task entitled Increasing access to high-quality healthcare at Powiatowe Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o.o., District Hospital in Wieruszów. 2. The contracting authority has divided the contract into the following parts: 1) Part 1 – medical equipment for the cardiology outpatient clinic; 2) Part 2 – equipment for the One-Day Surgery Department; 3) Part 3 – furnishings for the One-Day Surgery Department. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in annexes: Nos. 1A to 1C to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, respectively for each part of the contract: 1) The contracting authority requires the equipment comprising the subject of the contract to be offered as brand-new, not previously exhibited, unused, and manufactured no earlier than in 2025. 2) The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide full warranty and post-warranty servicing, as well as inspections, for the offered subject of the contract. 3) The contracting authority requires the contractor to train the contracting authority’s staff in the operation of the subject of the contract. Supply of medical equipment for the cardiology outpatient clinic, in accordance with Annex No. 1A to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract for this part. Supply of equipment for the One-Day Surgery Department, in accordance with Annex No. 1B to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract for this part.
