Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of an electronic anesthesia record under KPO Project D1.1.1 – Part XVI. The subject of the contract includes: Task No. 1 - Electronic anesthesia record. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 2, “Product and Price Form,” and Appendix No. 8, “Technical Parameters of the Subject of the Contract.” The subject of the contract includes in particular the sale, delivery, and carrying of the medical equipment into the rooms indicated by the Contracting Authority at the Warsaw Southern Hospital, the positioning and installation of the delivered devices in the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, commissioning of the equipment, and, prior to technical acceptance (performed by authorized persons), carrying out start-up, functional trials, and device operability tests. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the device is started up by the manufacturer’s authorized service center if this is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of complete technical documentation, operating instructions in Polish (in paper and/or electronic form), and warranty documents, as well as conducting on-the-job training for the personnel indicated by the Contracting Authority in the operation and use of the device and ensuring the provision of warranty service in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements.
