Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the Purchase and delivery of an in vivo Cherenkov radiation imaging system for the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer. 2. The subject matter of the agreement is the delivery, installation and clinical implementation of a Cherenkov radiation imaging system enabling real-time monitoring of the administered dose and control of patient positioning during radiotherapy. The system allows visualization of the beam distribution on the patient's body, verification of the correct use of boluses and other accessories, and archiving of the video recording of each therapeutic session. The device integrated with the SGRT system will be used in AOS, which will increase the safety and throughput of services. 3. The technical and functional parameters of the equipment have been specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The contract also includes: 1) Delivery of the system (hereinafter referred to in the SWZ as the equipment) to the destination, 2) installation, commissioning, 3) connection of the delivered equipment together with integration with SGRT and accelerators in the possession of the Contracting Authority, 4) Ensuring the system's compatibility with medical documentation and DICOM standards. 5) Provision of clinical updates compliant with new AAPM and IEC guidelines. 6) training of personnel in system operation, interpretation of Cherenkov images and reporting of results. 7) Handover of the medical equipment for use together with all necessary approvals, certificates, software and perpetual software licenses, 8) a 24-month warranty calculated from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor of the “Final acceptance protocol for the subject matter of the contract”. 9) 36-month post-warranty service calculated from the day following the day on which the warranty period ends. The task will be implemented as part of the Project co-financed from the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure 08.06 Healthcare infrastructure (project type II). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act of 11.09.2019 Public Procurement Law if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it. 1.
