Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, installation and commissioning of medical equipment. 2. The contract is being implemented as part of the Grant Project carried out under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus: “Accessibility Plus for AOS”. Grant project number: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23 3. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as the Description of the Required Technical Parameters or “OWPT”, which constitutes an integral part thereof. 4. The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 lots, i.e.: Lot No. 1: floor lift, Lot No. 2: vein scanner, Lot No. 3: blood collection chair, Lot No. 4: body composition analyser, Lot No. 5: drive-on scale, Lot No. 6: device for reading and recognising printed text. 5. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 6. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of equivalent tenders. 7. The Contracting Authority requires the Subject of the Contract to comply with the DNSH principle and meet the conditions specified in the SWZ. 8. The Contracting Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, it may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. 1.
