Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment and devices, i.e. a laminar flow cabinet, fume cupboards, and microscopes for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer. The subject of the contract has been divided into 5 Packages: Package No. 1 – Laminar flow cabinet – 1 unit. Package No. 2 – Fume cupboard – 1 unit. Package No. 3 – Formalin fume cupboard – 1 unit. Package No. 4 – Dual-head microscope – 1 unit. Package No. 5 – Microscope – 1 unit. The task will be implemented as part of the Project co-financed from the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 Programme No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure 08.06 Healthcare infrastructure (project type II). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act of 11.09.2019, Public Procurement Law, if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it.
