The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical devices for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer. The subject of the contract has been divided into 9 Packages: Package No. 1 – Automatic microtome – 2 pcs. Package No. 2 – Cytological centrifuge – 1 pc. Package No. 3 – Slide stainer with coverslipper – 1 pc. Package No. 4 – Incubator – 8 pcs. Package No. 5 – Immunohistochemical staining apparatus complete with a computer with software, a printer for bars, and a slide coverslipper – 1 pc. Package No. 6 – Cryostat – 1 pc. Package No. 7 – Stainer for intro slides – 1 pc. Package No. 8 – Embedding station – 2 pcs. Package No. 9 – Centrifuge – 1 pc. The task will be implemented as part of the Project co-financed from the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 Program, No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure 08.06 Healthcare infrastructure (project type II). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act of 11.09.2019, Public Procurement Law, if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
