Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical devices and equipment for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Price Offer. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots, in accordance with the following packages: Package No. 1 – Vacuum-pressure processor – 1 pc. Package No. 2 – Embedding station with cooling plate – 2 pcs. Package No. 3 – Cooling plate – 2 pcs. Package No. 4 – Histopathology slide scanner – 1 pc. Package No. 5 – Formalin table with a macroscopic system – 1 pc. Package No. 6 – Water bath with heating plate – 5 pcs. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more packages. The task will be implemented as part of a Project co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure 08.06 Healthcare infrastructure (project type II). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act of 11.09.2019, Public Procurement Law, if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
