Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with the technical parameters specified in Annexes numbers 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f and 4g to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”, together with installation and training of the Contracting Authority’s employees. 2. The subject of this contract comprises the following lots: Lot 1 – Anaesthesia trolley (4 units) with the technical parameters specified in Annex number 4a to the SWZ; Lot 2 – Crosslinking lamp (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex number 4b to the SWZ; Lot 3 – Perimeter (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex number 4c to the SWZ; Lot 4 – Ultra-low-temperature freezer (2 units) with the technical parameters specified in Annex number 4d to the SWZ; Lot 5 – Laboratory freezer type 1 (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex number 4e to the SWZ; Lot 6 – Laboratory refrigerator (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex number 4f to the SWZ; Lot 7 – Laboratory freezer type 2 (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex number 4g to the SWZ; 3. The equipment listed above must meet the threshold requirements specified respectively in Annexes numbers 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f and 4g to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the threshold requirements specified respectively in Annexes numbers 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f and 4g to the SWZ will result in rejection of the tender.
