The subject of the contract is the supply of formalin cabinets, cabinets for histopathological blocks, and cabinets for histopathological specimens. The subject of the contract comprises the following lots: Lot 1 – Formalin cabinets Lot 2 – Cabinets for storing histopathological blocks and specimens The quantities for the subject of the contract are specified in the tender form constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Contract Terms (hereinafter: SWZ). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the List of Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The Contractor is required to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
