Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical gases together with the lease of cylinders. The contract consists of 2 parts: Part 1 – supply of: - medical oxygen in cylinders (medicinal product), - nitrous oxide in cylinders (medicinal product), - a medical gas mixture of 50% nitrous oxide and 50% medical oxygen in cylinders (medicinal product), - carbon dioxide for laparoscopy in cylinders (medical device), - liquid nitrogen for cryotherapy (medical device), - medical oxygen together with transport in tankers to the Contracting Authority's premises (medicinal product) Part 2 – lease of cylinders for: - medical oxygen - nitrous oxide - mixtures of 50% nitrous oxide and 50% medical oxygen - carbon dioxide and dosing valves. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders, and the Contractor is obliged to submit a tender for Part 1 and Part 2, under penalty of rejection of the tender.
