Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of liquid and compressed gases together with the lease of cylinders, oxygen tanks and a liquid nitrogen tank to the registered office of the Contracting Authority – the Children’s Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw, under the terms specified in the draft contractual provisions, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the time limits resulting from the concluded contract. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of tenders for parts of the contract. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: No possibility of a rational division into packages. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of liquid and compressed gases and the lease of cylinders and oxygen tanks to the registered office of the Contracting Authority – the Children’s Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw, under the terms specified in the draft contractual provisions, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the time limits resulting from the concluded contract. 1. A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract, and Annex No. 5 to the SWZ – Price Form. 2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: •Successive deliveries of compressed and liquid gases, in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements. •Transport and unloading of the delivered goods at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority on the Institute’s premises. •Lease of cylinders, oxygen tanks, a liquid nitrogen tank and the necessary technical infrastructure. •Collection of empty cylinders and replacement with full ones. •Maintenance of uninterrupted supplies of medical and technical gases throughout the entire term of the contract. NOTE: The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of a site visit before submitting a tender. The visit will take place in the presence of an employee of the Infrastructure Management Department. Date of the site visit: 03.09.2026 (Thursday) or 07.09.2026 (Monday). Interested parties should report at 10:00 to Building K, Room 116 – Technical Supervision Section. During the site visit, the Contracting Authority will not provide any explanations or answer questions; all questions must be addressed to the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 135 of the Public Procurement Law.
