The subject of the competition is the selection of an entity that will be awarded a contract for the provision of healthcare services to insured persons and other eligible persons under the care of the Prof. Leszek Giec Upper Silesian Medical Centre of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice (hereinafter referred to as: the Hospital), in the following scope: 1. Provision of healthcare services in the field of general and vascular surgery in the Department of General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Angiology and Phlebology, during regular working hours. 2. Provision of healthcare services in the field of general and vascular surgery in the Department of General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Angiology and Phlebology and in the Hospital Emergency Department, during medical on-call duties. 3. Provision of healthcare services in the field of general and vascular surgery in the Vascular Surgery Outpatient Clinic. 4. Provision of healthcare services in the field of general surgery in the General Surgery Outpatient Clinic. 5. Performing the preliminary qualification of a deceased eye tissue donor.
