The subject of the contract is the supply of the medicinal product Treprostinil, in accordance with the details in the price form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Treprostinil solution for subcutaneous infusion in concentrations of 1mg/ml, 2.5mg/ml, 5mg/ml, 10mg/ml, depending on the Contracting Authority's needs mg 15 000 The Contractor is obliged, free of charge, to: - lend, for the duration of the contract, up to 20 infusion pumps intended for the subcutaneous administration of the medicinal product treprostinil. - provide servicing of the supplied pumps, allowing uninterrupted therapy for a patient treated with treprostinil - provide consumable materials necessary for conducting the therapy (infusion sets, syringes) - train physicians conducting the therapy and nursing staff through a person possessing the appropriate qualifications and authorizations The Contracting Authority requires products used in medicinal product program B.31 to be offered.
