Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is: Software service together with the supply of computer materials Task 1 – Expansion of server and storage infrastructure The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 2b, 3 and 4 to the SWZ. 3.3. The Contracting Authority's requirements concerning the subject of the contract: 1) the materials offered must have approvals and certificates and be registered in accordance with legal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration; 2) the materials offered must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where the description of the subject of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes certain products or services supplied by a specific contractor, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and comprehensible manner; however, in each such situation, the Contracting Authority allows a solution equivalent to those described above. In such situations, any references to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes certain products or services supplied by a specific contractor must be read together with the words “or equivalent”. When describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101(1)(2) and (3), the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described. In such situations, any references must be read together with the words “or equivalent”. 3.5. The Contracting Authority requires the subject of the contract to be performed in accordance with the terms set out in the agreement. The proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement that will be incorporated into the agreement constitute an annex to the SWZ. INFORMATION ON ENVISAGED CONTRACTS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214(1)(7) AND (8), IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY ENVISAGES AWARDING SUCH CONTRACTS The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act. 13. DESCRIPTION OF THE CRITERIA THAT THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY WILL APPLY WHEN SELECTING A TENDER, INCLUDING THE WEIGHTS OF THOSE CRITERIA AND THE METHOD OF EVALUATING TENDERS 13.1. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the criteria specified in the SWZ and their weights. Tenders will be evaluated using points. During the evaluation of tenders, the tenders considered and evaluated in turn will be awarded points for the following criteria according to the following rules: PRICE CRITERION weight: 80% CONTRACT PERFORMANCE DEADLINE CRITERION weight: 20 % 21. INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CONDUCT BY THE CONTRACTOR OF A SITE VISIT OR ITS INSPECTION OF DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT, REFERRED TO IN ART. 131(2), IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY PROVIDES FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF OR REQUIRES THE SUBMISSION OF A TENDER AFTER A SITE VISIT OR INSPECTION OF THOSE DOCUMENTS The Contracting Authority requires a site visit to be conducted before submitting a tender.
