Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the sale, including delivery and installation, of an emitter for a Helios NanoLab 650 FEI microscope 2. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract has not been divided into lots. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial tenders. failure to divide the contract into lots contained in the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the PZP Act. 5. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the PZP, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling these proceedings if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require the provision of a performance bond. 8. Sale, including delivery and installation, of an emitter for a Helios NanoLab 650 FEI microscope. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ: a) The proposed assortment must be new, unused, free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. b) The Contracting Authority permits the submission of equivalent tenders. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the contract by indicating trademarks, patents or referring to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. c) Warranty requirements: The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty no shorter than that required in the Description of the subject matter of the contract—Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ—calculated from the date on which both parties sign the acceptance protocol (without reservations) for the subject matter of the contract.
