Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the sale, including delivery and installation, of an emitter for a Helios NanoLab 650 FEI microscope. 2. A detailed description and the method of performing the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual lots. reasons for not dividing the contract into lots contained in the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority envisages applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PZP Act. 5. Pursuant to Article 257 of the PZP, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of cancelling this procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to financing all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a tender guarantee. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require a performance bond. 8. Sale, including delivery and installation, of an emitter for a Helios NanoLab 650 FEI microscope. A detailed description and the method of performing the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ: a) The proposed assortment must be new, unused and free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. b) The Contracting Authority permits the submission of equivalent tenders. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by indicating trademarks or patents, or by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. c) Warranty requirements: The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty no shorter than that required in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract—Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ—calculated from the date on which both parties sign the acceptance report (without reservations) for the subject of the contract.
