Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is: the supply of printing equipment for courts in the Rzeszów appellate jurisdiction, in a quantity of 457 units, including 323 units under the basic order and 134 units under the option right, within the scope and in the manner specified in the Terms of Reference (SWZ). The procedure in question has been divided into Packages as follows:  Package No. 1. Supply of A4 monochrome desktop printers,  Package No. 2. Supply of A4 monochrome workgroup printers,  Package No. 3. Supply of printers for printing case file covers,  Package No. 4. Supply of printers for printing barcodes with a guillotine cutter,  Package No. 5. Supply of A4 monochrome multifunction devices,  Package No. 6. Supply of A4 workgroup multifunction devices,  Package No. 7. Supply of A4 color multifunction devices,  Package No. 8. Supply of A3 color multifunction devices. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered performance, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and as components, elements of the service delivery environment or accompanying solutions, shall not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, finding that they have a negative impact on the fundamental national security interest; 2) An ICT product whose type has been specified in the decision on recognizing a supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, nor ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Package No. 1. Supply of A4 monochrome desktop printers: - Basic order: 163 units - Order under the option right: 50 units The subject matter of the contract is the supply of printing equipment to courts in the Rzeszów appellate jurisdiction in the quantity specified above. Package No. 2. Supply of A4 monochrome workgroup printers: - Basic order: 56 units - Order under the option right: 35 units The subject matter of the contract is the supply of printing equipment to courts in the Rzeszów appellate jurisdiction in the quantity specified above. Package No. 3. Supply of printers for printing case file covers: - Basic order: 19 units - Order under the option right: 10 units The subject matter of the contract is the supply of printing equipment to courts in the Rzeszów appellate jurisdiction in the quantity specified above. Package No. 4.
