Subject matter of the contract: 1) The subject matter of the contract is the “Supply of computer equipment to the Biała Północ Municipal Cultural Centre in Bielsko-Biała” 2) The subject matter of the contract includes in particular: • securing the delivery/assembly/installation site, • delivery and carrying in of the Equipment, • positioning, assembly, adjustment and installation of the Equipment in the rooms described in the procurement documentation, • commissioning together with verification of the correct operation of the Equipment, • granting the Contracting Authority perpetual and non-exclusive licences for the software necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment – hereinafter referred to as the “software” • providing the Contracting Authority with originals or certified true copies of operating and maintenance instructions, all necessary approvals, certificates, declarations of conformity, etc. for the supplied Equipment, in Polish in paper form (immediately after conclusion of the contract, but no later than on the day of delivery), • training the User’s employees in the use of the Equipment (confirmed in a protocol by the User and the Supplier), • provision of instructions for use and operation, • tidying up the delivery site.
