Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the Expansion of digital image data storage systems under the project entitled “Improving access to e-health services and digitising treatment processes at the St. John of Dukla Oncology Centre of the Lublin Region in order to achieve full functionality and ensure comprehensive, highly specialised diagnostics and treatment of oncology Patients” The contract has been divided into 3 parts: Part 1 – Expansion of disk space for the PACS system Part 2 – Supply of additional RAM memory for Fujitsu servers owned by the Contracting Authority Part 3 - Supply of additional RAM memory for Lenovo servers owned by the Contracting Authority 2. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract, together with the documents required in the SWZ, to the Contracting Authority’s registered office; 3. Environmental aspects have been applied in this procedure: a) Delivery of the subject of the contract in packaging made of material that is easily recyclable or of materials from renewable sources, or it should be packaging covered by a reusable system. The packaging materials must be easily sortable by hand and recyclable, and they should consist of one type of material (e.g. cardboard, paper, plastic, textile material). b) Conducting training that includes elements concerning the regulation and fine-tuning of equipment parameters related to the use of electricity in order to optimise energy consumption. 1.
