Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of equipment for workshops at the Maritime Schools Complex in Gdańsk at ul. Wyzwolenia, as part of the project: Gdańsk as a city of professionals – development of infrastructure and equipment for vocational schools in Gdańsk – stage II – Part C. 2. The subject matter of the contract comprises three parts: 1) Part No I: Supply and installation of IT equipment; 2) Part No II: Supply and installation of a motorboat together with two additional engines; 3) Part No III: Supply and installation of a mast with sails. 3. The material scope of the contract includes the supply and installation of equipment for the interiors being modernised. The supplied items must be brand-new, unused, free from defects and complete. 4. The required technical parameters of the movable equipment constituting the subject matter of the contract and the quantitative requirements are specified in the annexes to the OPZ: 1) Annex No 1 to the OPZ (concerning Part No I); 2) Annex No 2 to the OPZ (concerning Part No II); 3) Annex No 3 to the OPZ (concerning Part No III); 5. The detailed scope of the contract and the performance conditions are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 5 to the SWZ – for Parts No I, No II and No III. The remaining contract performance conditions are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Public Procurement Contract, constituting Annexes No 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 to the SWZ, respectively, for the relevant part of the contract. 6.
