Opportunity description

The purpose of this procedure is to acquire modern and autonomous mobile systems intended for monitoring fruit and vegetable crops. The Contracting Authority expects the delivery of three systems in the same hardware and functional configuration, enabling their parallel use at different locations or by different user teams. The subject matter of the contract is a complete, integrated system combining the functions of a mobile robotic platform, measurement systems, data acquisition and processing, and analytical software supporting the assessment of plant condition. The purpose of the contract is to create a tool enabling repeatable, automated and spatially located measurements to be carried out under real-world agricultural and horticultural production conditions, in a more accurate and efficient manner than traditional manual observations. The system is intended to support ongoing crop monitoring and provide data for the further development of analytical algorithms, including solutions based on artificial intelligence methods. The ordered robots are intended to serve as mobile measurement platforms capable of operating under diverse agrotechnical conditions. The robots must be adapted to operate under real-world agricultural conditions, including variable ground surfaces, uneven terrain, moisture, dust, mud, vegetation and farm infrastructure elements. Each system should also be adapted for transport between locations and include appropriate transport equipment enabling safe loading and unloading without the use of specialized lifting equipment.
