The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to detained persons brought in by Police officers, together with the issuance of a medical certificate stating the absence or existence of medical contraindications to the detained person remaining in a detention room, under the conditions specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and in the model contract constituting annexes to the SWZ. Medical services will be provided around the clock, regardless of the day of the week, and immediately, where possible before other persons waiting. Procedure: open.
