The Contracting Authority shall consider as equivalent an assortment that has technical and quality parameters identical to or better than those described in the SWZ and whose application will not adversely affect the proper functioning/use of the assortment in accordance with its intended purpose. A Contractor that invokes solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies it offers meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and will not result in additional costs arising from their use.
